We are a private club resort. Membership is only a one time $10 per person on your first visit.
Day Fee is included in Room Rate.
11.5% Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be added to all room rates.

- Discount is 10% off the "Day Fees" which is $7.50 per day.
- Discount will be applied at check in. Must show membership card for discount. Can not be combined with other discounts.
Active Military: 10% off of the "Day Fees", please show id at front desk.
"3 NIGHT" WEEKENDER ROOM RATE- Must stay 3 consecutive nights Fri., Sat., and Sun. nights.
"7 NIGHT" ROOM RATE- Must stay 7 consecutive nights.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS- are not eligible for 3 or 7 night stay discounts
2012 - Labor Day, Memorial Day weekends - 3 night minimum stay, Halloween weekend- 2 night minimum stay
All offers are subject to change without notice, not valid on existing reservations, during Event Periods and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions besides TNS/SCNA/BN/FCN/AANR discount.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit will be refunded if a reservation is cancelled seven (7) days prior to your arrival date, or fourteen (14) days prior on a holiday period, less a $25.00 cancellation charge. If a reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival, or fourteen (14) days prior over a holiday period, the total one (1) night deposit is non-refundable.
Popular condos: 305, 314, 315, & 322 have a different rate because of the number of requests for those specific units.
